RETURN INFORMATION:
We have a 14 day return policy, which means that you must return the items back to our warehouse within 14 days. If we receive the items after 14 days, or if they are unable to be resold, they will be shipped back to you at your expense. Some items are non-returnable based upon general health guidlines such as: thongs, g-strings, panties, teddies and any other items that go over the genital area. We abide by the general health guidelines that are standard to the retail industry to protect you, our customers. Please verify the sizes of the items that you are purchasing to ensure that they will fit. In addition, keep in mind that many items run 1 size smaller than your normal clothing. If you typically wear a small in most clothes, but wear a medium in some clothes, then we suggest purchasing our item in medium. If you normally wear a medium, but sometimes a large in some items, then we suggest you purchase the large. All returned items must be unworn and have their tags on them. We reserve the right to deem what is an allowable return and what is not. Provided they are clean, in their original packaging, and able to be resold by us, we will honor your return less a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping charges back to our warehouse. Halloween costumes are not accepted as returns after October 31st due to the seasonal nature of this merchandise. For Halloween costumes we suggest you play it safe and order a larger size rather than a smaller size. Please be sure to email our Customer Service staff so that we may answer any questions on any item that you may have.
RMA - Return Merchandise Authorizations
Returns must be sent back in the same box as you received them, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse. In addition we ask that you e-mail us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so that we can properly credit your account and avoid any confusion. This MUST be done prior to sending your items back. This is purely to ensure that you get CREDIT for your merchandise. Please be sure to include a copy of our RMA we e-mail you in the box before you send the products back.
